Sinius & Atmospheric Research, ambient-drone collaboration duo consisting of Daljit Kundi & Wayne Hay, Supported by Mercury Prize Award Winner & OBE - Talvin Singh & Ulrich Schnauss (Sony Music)
Daljit Kundi & Wayne Hay are two rising fringe electronic artists on the cusp of world ambient drone, ecology and experimental music scenery. They are the production duo known as Sinius & Atmospheric Research.
The S.A.R group formed in 2016 and have been busy producing music discreetly over the last two years perfecting their signature sounds, creating over 50 unreleased drone tracks in total, with even more in production.
Daljit & Wayne are previously from an electronic dance music background and have been major contributors to the atmospheric / deeper drum ‘n’ bass scene for over a decade. Collectively they have had major airplay on the stations: BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 1Xtra, Capital, Galaxy and BBC Asian Network. Their sound has been championed by the likes of LTJ Bukem, Aural Imbalance, Fabio & Grooverider, Bailey, DJ Marky, PFM, Big Bud, ASC, Blu Mar Ten, Makoto and more. The duo were also the only DJ’s in the world to be sponsored by Jack & Jones Clothing (Denmark).
S.A.R have had a series of high-profile gigs including, performing at Ambience Chasers London (Curated by Ulrich Schnauss & Nathaniel Cramp). London Mela, Gunnersbury Park with the legendary Talvin Singh at the Anokha Stage, and supporting Ulrich Schnauss & Urazmetova on their UK Tour (Mama Roux Birmingham).

A musical imprint formed for all Sinius & Atmospheric Research music and special guest collaborations. SARMUSIC001 features the beautiful sounds of critically acclaimed electronic music artist Ulrich Schnauss. In addition to his well known classic albums like Far Away Trains Passing By and A Strangely Isolated Place. Ulrich has also officially remixed for the likes of Pet Shop Boys, Coldplay, Sia, Justin Robertson and many more. It is of great pleasure to feature such talent on SARMUSIC001.

Ambience Chasers - the analogue bubblebath run once a month by Sonic Cathedral and Ulrich Schnauss - returns to The Social on Tuesday, July 25 with a live debut set from S.Λ.R (SINIUS & Atmospheric Research) and guest DJ Justin Robertson. Plus films and general Tuesday night air-conditioned vibes.
