After 26th March 2012 Items ordered between Monday and Friday are usually sent out by the next day. If your order is received during the weekend; it will be sent out by the next working day (usually Monday unless there is bank holiday) Heres the deal for delivery waiting times so you have an idea on how long you may have to wait. * UK orders can take up to 2 days * EU orders can take between 5 to 10 days to arrive * US orders can take between 5 to 14 days to arrive Tracking Please note, due to sporradic tracking updates from the US Postal Service we are only offering a signed for tracking service for UK orders, if you really want to be able to track your package internationally/europe and are prepared to pay the extra cost associated and run the risk of not being able to track your order properly, then please email shop(at)advection.co.uk and we can add this to your order! If you've ordered your CD and it still hasn't arrived well first off we're real sorry! but this is something we AREN'T in control of we send our items out via Royal Mail FIRST CLASS (for UK order) or STANDARD AIRMAIL. This option is the cheapest available and helps us keep the price of the CD down. We have to wait 6 weeks before we can file a complaint with the postal services and claim losses on the missing package, If you pay for tracking on your package you can trace its whereabouts up until the point it reaches you; If you don't pay for tracking; then please be mindful that we expect you to at least wait until the applicable waiting period (above) has passed before we can arrange for a replacement to be sent out.
